Modern Classic Design @ Penang, Malaysia
G Residence - High End Condo
Grace Residence is a beautifully designed and a unique development located in Jelutong, Penang. Innerbelle enjoyed the opportunity to work with the fun-loving yet demanding owner with a requirement to keep within budget without compromising appealing element.
We achieved great result with few elements incorporated in the design, which client love it.
The main colors represented in colors like gray, silver, white, black, dark chocolate and grayest beige shades.
We picked furniture in a combination of modern and classic style with a minimalist style. It is simple and has less carving on it. The main color of these furniture for this design is brown, beige, black and chocolate brown. While for the windows we left it bare to bring more sunshine into the room. All in all, we want to keep it simple, clean and cozy.
Tanjung Park - Super Condo
Duplex Penthouse @ Penang, Malaysia
Tanjung Park Condominium lends an air of leisure with its strategic location along Jalan Tanjung Tokong in the island city of Penang. The condo unit entrusted to Innerbelle was the exclusive duplex penthouse unit with approximately 4000 sq ft in built up area.
The interior of the existing penthouse was completely revamped to create a more open living area, while the total blank space on the top level was transformed into 3 bedrooms plus a store room. An opulent master suite was crafted combining a sense of privacy with fabulous views of the cityscape, even the master suite toilet is fitted with Jacuzzi tub for relaxing time out. The wooden furnishing and setup were integrated with the interior in a seamless manner. Beige, Brown, and shades of luxury gray create a perfect backdrop inside the house, allowing additions such as the black and white stripe couch, the brass lighting fixtures, dark fabric dining table chairs and splashes of greenly pots to lively through.
Striking artwork and a dashing living environment complete a transformation that ensures the penthouse stays relevant in terms of both its aesthetics and ergonomics for years to come.

Tamara Residence - Scandinavian @ Putrajaya
Tamara Residence is located in Precint 8, Putrajaya. It is a low-density, high rise, mid range condominium built around the Putrajaya Lake. The area is surrounded by lush landscaped greenery with development which completed back in March 2016. The developer of this project is Setia Putrajaya Homes. Innerbelle was engaged by a tastefully yet demanding owner (a Datin) in Block B, where it unit is facing the lake, with a built-up of roughly 1,205 sqf that come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The requirement was making this holiday home to be cozy and relaxing taste. Mission accomplished. It was pleasant opportunity to serve Datin and she was very happy person in the end of our engagement.
Design Concept: Scandinavian
Unique Element: This is weekend-holiday home, design ensures lot of light and seat setting where one can enjoy the view across the Putrajaya lake. Since the Datin loves reading, daybed near to windows as place where they can relax and do reading.

Taman Molek - Luxury and Cozy Design @ Butterworth
Our client inherited an old house and weren’t sure of the best course of option; renovate or rebuild. Innerbelle, we were consulted and came to conclusion; tear down and rebuild considering few main factors and preferences during our first few conversations with each of family members; parent and 3 boys. The old house “don’t have the atmosphere Mr & Mrs Tan are looking for and don’t have much natural light,” Mr. Tan said. “Ceilings are low; windows are small.” The design, by Innerbelle, ensuring the house have more air, more light, more space and more volume, with “quick and easy access to the outside and a lot of car park area.”. We took off the journey with the client to turn this old house into spacious and natural-homey house.
